The Norfolk Arms offers easy to book, easy to use multi-purpose rooms giving the flexibility to accommodate formal and informal meetings, training, conferences and events.  

• The Private Boardroom/Meeting Room can accommodate up to 16 people. 
• The Mayfield Room can seat up to 60 people, with room for a further 25 unseated guests. 

Maximum Room Capacities

The Mayfield Room can be arranged / laid out to your requirements.  We offer a choice of room layouts including; classroom, u-shaped, banqueting or boardroom style.   We charge a room hire fee to book our rooms exclusively. Our room hire rates include 1x flip chart, writing paper, pads and pens. Free Wireless Internet Access.

Delegate Rates

24 hour rate per person per night  £145

This all inclusive rate is for a minimum of 6 people and includes:

• Welcome bacon breakfast bap with tea & coffee
• All day refreshments including tea/coffee, orange juice and mineral water
• Buffet lunch served with tea & coffee
• Afternoon pastries with tea or coffee
• 3 course dinner with private dining, (subject to availability)
• Accommodation in double/twinEnsuite room including full English Breakfast

Full day rate per person  £45 

This all inclusive rate is for a minimum of 6 people and includes:

• Full day use of meeting/conference room
• Breakfast bacon baps with tea or coffee
• Refreshments throughout the day of orange juice and mineral water
• Buffet lunch with tea or coffee
• Afternoon patries with tea or coffee

Half day hospitality package* per person   £17.50

This rate excludes room hire and includes:

•  Arrival tea or coffee
• Refreshments throughout the day of orange juice and mineral water
• Buffet lunch with tea or coffee (taken before or after meeting/conference)
• Room hire from £100
