Outdoor seating

Outdoor seating will be available from 10:00am on Monday 12th April.

We will be serving:

  • 10:00am - 12:00pm: Breakfast sandwiches
  • 12:00pm - 8:00pm: Our new outdoor food menu

Bookings are advised but not necessary.

Please note that tables are limited and time limits will apply at busier periods. We will have a few tables set aside for walk-ins, and these are first-come, first-served.

Guidelines

To ensure the safety of all our guests and staff, we ask you to observe the following guidelines:

  • Groups can be a maximum of six people, or two households
  • All guests must check-in using the Track & Trace app, or provide their details
  • Face coverings must be worn (unless exempt) while on the premises, including outside areas unless seated at a table

Tuck shop

Our tuck shop will remain open from 10:00am - 6:00pm daily, for takeaway drinks and snacks.

Draught beer will be available for takeaway in 1 litre and 2.5 litre containers.

When visiting the tuck shop, please wear a face covering, and observe social distancing guidelines and our new one-way system.

Our facilities rival those of the modern city venues. We also offer lots of indoor and outdoor space, a large, free-to-use carpark and amazing views over the Mayfield Valley. It's the perfect spot for taking care of business away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

From private meetings to company-wide awards dinners...

...we have the perfect space for your needs. Our Fulwood Room is ideal for between two to 14 guests, while the larger Mayfield Room can host up to 85 delegates. We also have the option to expand into our Marquee, which increases our capacity to around 160 guests.

Full or half day room hire

Our conference and meeting rooms can be hired for full or half days. Additional facilities such as flip-charts, a projector with screen and a state-of-the-art SMART television can also be hired for the duration of your event.

Our rooms and facilities can be organised to suit your needs, and the surrounding outdoor space is perfect for team building and training exercises.

Food and Refreshments

We serve food from 7:00am until 9:00pm, with hot and cold options available from breakfast right through until suppertime. We have a range of buffet options for all meal times, as well as an extensive bar menu and specials board.
Using our range of options we are able to create a bespoke food and drink package for any event.

En-suite accommodation is available for delegates

Ensuite Inn Accommodation

We offer 13 comfortable en-suite bedrooms should you or any of your guests require overnight accommodation. We can create bespoke food, drink and accommodation packages for society and club meetings and corporate events which run over a number of days.
