We have thirteen ensuite bedrooms, all of which have been recently decorated and offer amazing views over the Mayfield Valley, Peak District and Sheffield.
Each room is equiped with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, desk and chair, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a modern en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.
Whether it's work or pleasure, business or leisure, we have rooms to suit everybody's needs.
Choose from classic style double, twin rooms or king rooms, a family room with an additional day-bed (room 4), an extra-spacious ground floor mews room with disabled access and facilities, and four superior rooms with that little extra to make your stay more comfortable.
Room 8, named "Mayfield View", features a beautiful four-poster bed and roll-top bath, and is regularly the room of choice for newly-weds celebrating their marriage here at The Norfolk Arms. With beautiful views over the Mayfield Valley and neighbouring alpacca farm, Rooms 8, 9 and 10 are the perfect hideaways in which to enjoy a romantic taste of the Peaks.

Please note: We host regular functions and events which often involve loud music being played until 11:00pm or midnight at weekends. To minimise potential issues during your stay, we advise you to ask us when booking if your required nights fall on the same night as a function.
We host a live Jazz evening every Monday which finishes at approximately 10:30pm. If you are staying on a Monday evening and are likely to be disturbed by this, please advise us when booking and we will try to allocate a quiet room to you.
Cancellation policy
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge before midnight one full day before the day you are due to check in with us, ie: if you are booked to arrive on a Thursday but need to cancel, please do so before midnight on the Tuesday before. If you cancel later than this, your first night will be charged. In the case of a no-show, your full stay will be charged.
This policy applies to bookings made directly with us and through our online booking agents.
